Fairyland In Reality

a good manager should be fair enough...
can't treat different staff with different way...
if you treat one staff nice, then you have treat all nice...
but my manager seems like failed in this...

he got double standard one...
he treated full timer very well... he won't scold and always joked with full timer...
but he treated partimer like me................................(you all know larR)
so, an unfair manager won't be a success person in the future!!!
